Accuracy Analysis of SkyTrak
The accuracy of SkyTrak is said to be at par with professional grade simulators.
However, I’ll prefer to dive into a self-based accuracy analysis to check whether it’s the truth or just a hype!
But first, watch this YouTube video by Carl’s Place as reference;
As it’s evident in the video, SkyTrak’s accuracy may not beat top-of-the-line simulators like Full Swing 2.0 but it’s close.
Comparing the SkyTrak results with on-course results, I didn’t find much difference in metrics.
The data points recorded for pitching wedge, irons and drivers on both sides (SkyTrak and On-Course) were close.
Coming towards gameplay, it was smooth and lag free.
Overall, it’s a great device and there’s nothing to stop you from buying it regarding its accuracy.

Cost Analysis of SkyTrak
After discussing everything about the SkyTrak, now is the time to find out whether this $3000 launch monitor is with your money or not.
Based on its quality, accuracy, compatibility, software support and portability, this amount is quite reasonable however things aren’t that simple here!
For this price, you’ll only get the launch monitor which means you’ve to consider extra costs for enclosure, hitting mat and PC.
You can also go for a DIY simulator enclosure which saves a considerable amount of money compared to SkyTrak simulator package which costs around $10000.
Both ways, it’s gonna cost you more than 3000$.
Still, I’d say it is worth every penny because it has got everything a golfer needs for both fun and game improvement.
